Bila Tserkva

It is known since 1032 when was founded by prince Jaroslav Mydryj. Since 1648 it was a regimental town.

The soviet emblem

It was confirmed at December, 28th, 1982 by the decision N748 of city council executive committee. The board per pale by gules and azure. In the first field is or bow and three arrows, under it is date "1032" (year of the city foundation by Jaroslav Mudryi). In the second part is the colonnade "Moon", details of machines and a wheaten ear. The author is V.Ljul'ka.

The modern coat of arms was approved in October 3 1998. In a gules field there is a or bow with three or arrows with edges, turned up.

In October 3, 1998 the session of the municipal council approved the gonfalon: a rectangular canvas, in a red field there is a white church with a white cross.
