Bilohirs`k

The first mentions about Kalasu-bazar (Karasubazar) refer to the XIII century when the Crimea was captured by the Tartars. Since 1783 the town was part of the Russian Empire. The modern name it got in 1944.

B.Kene project

 

 

B.Kene worked out a project of a new emblem of the town - in an or field there was a vert belt with three argent crescents accompanied in base and in chief with hats of Crymchaks'. In the canton there was an emblem of Tavrijs'ka province. The emblem was not approved.
