| The invention (useful model) from the moment of receipt of request gets protective priority a state patent department. At presence of descriptive materials to the request, protective priority can be given to the declarant instantly (- not later than on draught of 1 hour). The given priority is confirmed by a patent, the term of action of which makes: 20 years - for the invention; 10 years - for useful model. |
